Refund & Cancellation

bookit is an app platform which allow a signed user (called as bookit customer) to access online platform to make online order or an appointment booking directly with a Vendor or Service Provider (herein after called as the Vendor) contracted with bookit app who agree to accept such customer appointment bookings or online orders and provide the service or products to the respective customer for which the customer made the appointment booking or placed the order for purchase on the available time selected by the customer. The customers can download the app from app stores and sign in India via OTP validations. The customers can search by the name of the services or products or by the name of the vendors or service providers to get the list of providers through which the customer can view the service packages or products provided by the vendor and then to select the preferred vendor and available time slot and the preferred employee who provide the service or Place order with the chosen Vendor for the list of selected products or items. By downloading and registering on bookit app, the user / customer agrees to the terms and conditions bookit app, Also on successful registration, the user agree that the user understood the services offered by bookit and making the appointment booking on bookit app will incur app service charges that could be a part of the fees of services of the provider or paid at the time of appointment booking and are charged according and as a fee towards the cost of use of bookit app. Hence the service fees paid by the user will be fully earned by Techins Software Solutions LLP, who is the promotor of bookit app. Hence the amount collected by Techins Software Solutions LLP will not be refunded,

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as

  1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
  3. The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the Techins Software Solutions LLP bank account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

We shall not be responsible in any case until the booking service fees paid by the user is get credited into Techins Software Solutions LLP’s Bank Account. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the Techins Software Solutions LLP refund policy. If the user could not make an appointment booking and service fees already being paid, Techins Software Solutions LLP will refund the paid amount less of any applicable bank charges. The user needs to submit a refund request with the details of such transaction at refund@bookitindia.com. All refunds are on the discretion of Techins Software Solutions LLP only.

All Online Payments against purchase orders other than Appointment booking or Inquiry are getting paid directly to the Vendor’s Bank account linked with their Online payment gateway. Any refund or cancellation requests against any such orders and corresponding refund requests to be made directly to the corresponding Vendors by the customer and Bookit or its promotors or Techins Software Solutions LLP, will not have any direct responsibility towards such refund requests. You may escalate any such requests, if not get responded in 10 days from the date of submission on refund requests to refund@bookitindia.com.
